When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped 24 - 48 hours after being placed online Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekend unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Tracking will be provided via email to the address on file at the time of the order. If you live in the METRO DETROIT AREA local pickup is available. Local Pickup is available from 10 am EST - 6 pm EST Thursday - Friday. Please send a text with your name and order number to 313-398-8537. Please note that a valid ID will be due at the time of pickup.
What's your refund policy?
Customer Service is our overriding priority. We strive to provide the best experience possible. Sometimes things don't work out, we understand. Returns are accepted on all shoes within five days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item and assuming that it is in new condition, our guest will be provided with a store credit. Handbags and all other accessories are final sale. We have a team of experts who take their time to choose items of the highest quality for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, send us an email, and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I edit my order?
No, once the order is placed, it will be shipped immediately.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchange is available on footwear. Items must be in new and unused condition.

Shipping is available via UPS or USPS.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all order $75 or more. Standard shipping is typically $5 or less and Expedited shipping is $10 upward.
